It takes a virtual personal act of valor to write about one's self; however, it is one of the few yet foremost ways you can understand and come to accept the person whom you truly are.  To borrow a famous quote from genius Thomas Edison:  "Genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration".  The closer we delve into the depths of our soul wherefrom we can better understand and develop a healthy respect for ourselves ("finding one's self", if you will), the more aware that we become and pragmatically we apply our individuality from which, within the bottom of our heart and soul, we somehow retrieve the choice, immaculate words to formidably yet appropriately articulate our person (id, ego) through pure autobiographical expression
